First show is one week away! |

ORHAs first show of 2010 is one week away! For those of you that have pre-entered or will pre-enter asap, thank you!!! Here are a few important items in regards to the show:
The show arena will be unavailable from 6-9pm Friday evening (4/9).
There is a team penning going on in there during that time. This is beyond our control and we appreciate your understanding. However, you will be able to move into your stalls and RV spaces during that time.
Our fax is currently down. If you still hope to pre-enter: scan in and email it, mail it, or meet me in Medford (call my cell at 541-840-1579).
Stalls will be pre-bedded and ready for you. We do ask that you please try and give us a heads up as to when you will be arriving. Stalls will be locked and one of us will need to be there to let you in.
Not to be a stickler, but I have several show office related requests for 2010:
Even if you only plan on going in ORHA club classes, enter your horse under its registered name. If you plan on going in an NRHA or AQHA class, you must have all of your NRHA/AQHA related paperwork. Plan ahead; put a copy of all of that stuff in your truck so you are ready at shows. If you forget it and have nothing to show us in the office, you cannot enter the NRHA or AQHA class. (Paperwork: AQHA or NRHA membership card, NRHA Competition License, AQHA registration papers).You get 2 bags of shavings with each stall reserved. If you need additional shavings while you are at the show, you must come into the show office to order shavings before they will be delivered to your stall. If you know you will need more than two bags for your stall, please pre-order them on your pre-entry. Thanks again and we will see you next weekend! Rosie
